Hahaha. ![]()
But really, she can come here, any time she wants... ![]()
And, I agree, there should be some high res ones, maybe on the CGW website?

I already see a lot of people anxiously awaiting to kill some (if not all) of Crysis' important characters to see an evolved plot form in front of them. Some people don't like to play this way, but i guess it'll be fun to play like Rambo and abandon your team. Whoever said detatching from your squadmates and letting them fend for themselves was a crime?
I'm already starting to get anxious myself... but i'll need a silencer and some tactical ammunition to make it swift and painless. ![]()

Wow, thanks Sliwoady. The watermarks aren't really necessary (ugliness >.<) but thanks, nonetheless.
Also, I'm struggling to identify the gun the Korean guy in the top picture is holding. Anyone know what it is?

I think its just an AK-47, or CS:S's CV-47.

"CS:S's CV-47" is that a weapon? I thought it's just cs's name for AK-47.

In answer to Ffoxis, I dunno, maybe its copyrighted? lol
Yeah it maybe the 101 but the part infront of the clip seems taller than that.

Full size scans from the magazine + enhanced screenshots are now on the front page. Thanks sliwoady for providing these.

"REAL-TIME" Radiance Transfer?
I was wondering about that myself. . .if that's really true, that's where all your hardware requirement is going. That's probably the single most expensive thing the engine is doing.

Too bad i need to collect my money on new BMW winter tires
So no Crysis for me. Atleast not this year

jap,if the engine can handle real-time radiosity ,then in 1-2 years we have a cryengine using path-tracing/metropolis light transport and such crazy Illumination stuff!Monte-Carlo raytracing here we come*gg*
I think Crytek have more surprises waiting for us!

Wasn't "Realtime Ambient Maps" already mentioned in the GDC techdemo?
(those are the same, right?)
Problem is they didn't really explain what "realtime ambient maps" means. If they're both referring to the same effect, realtime radiance transfer explains way more than realtime ambient maps. At the same time though, it still throws up a few question marks because that's just a HUGE claim to make. . .
