Vista 64bit Problems
When ever i start the demo it freezes then crashes with a black screen.
Intel C2D 1.87ghz
4GB DDR2 800
8800 GTS 640MB
i dont see why i have any problems. Using New Nvidia beta drivers.
Any suggestions?

open the game in windowed mode first (right click it > Properties) and then maximize it once open. also, be sure to have the latest drivers installed (ForceWare 169.04), vista updates, and DirectX 10 updates

CryEngine 2 keeps crashing... thanks for the suggestion, ive reinstalled twice now. Re downloaded 2 also.

It's simple, you can't use EA downloader... EA is pushing a corrupt version of the game *confirmed*
You need to delete the game and download from nvidia @ www.nzone.com
