Huge number of new multiplayer videos on IGN were just posted. Check these out. Sorry if this was already posted.
By the way, I don't see any lag.

I just checked those out...inyou had a link which he seemed to remove a moment ago
I did notice lag, but mainly I noticed that the tree that was shot at didn't fall ![]()
I was hoping on seeing more of jungle gameplay, but perhaps we'll see that in later videos?

Yeah, it wasn't at all disappointing, but the videos itself managed to cover absolutely nothing in about 5 minutes worth of footage.
Here is a summary of some of the interesting points:
-Little subtle things like the reflections on the windshield of the jeep looked great.
-First time I've seen the suit's speed boost being used.
-Not much use physics shown, although it still contains some network lag.
-You can see your own legs/arms/etc when killed. (shown in a previous video)
-Everything casted a good-looking shadow. Everything. ![]()

This caught my attention when they were driving the truck in 3rd person view, and while driving you see shadows from trees, poles, the metal ropes on the bridge, 'everything', show up on the car ![]()
Also, the 3rd person view surprised me, because I knew that single player would be 1st person only to keep the immersed feel, so I was expecting multiplayer to be the same, but this video suggests otherwise ![]()

WoW, what are you people expecting. I think the videos are the best we've seen. they are the first full daytime video or even screenshots we've seen.

I still thought it was amazing. It raised my expectations if anything. For a multiplayer game, this is by far the best I've seen. Arg... must... buy... directX 10... card... arg!
BTW, we've seen tons of daytime videos and screenshots.

I'm officially impressed.

Holy nice wakeup! ![]()
These are indeed among the best videos. Have to love the dirt that's kicked up from a 'parked' jeep. Handbreaks FTW! ![]()
You can indeed see your legs, which is awesome. ![]()
Also, when you watch carefully, you'll see the point system in action. ![]()

The more I watch any Crysis video, the cooler it seems. I notice so many more subtleties each time.
Any other game looks worse and worse it time you see a clip.

Some things learned from the new movies:
Weapon names:
SOCOM
Hurricaine
M5A2 Atlas Heavy Tank
and the SCAR makes its way to MP
MP Load outs:
Pistol has 20 rounds (first time we have seen the pistol, btw)
Machine gun has 200 rounds
Stationary machine guns have 200 rounds. Vehicle mounted MG is unlimited (doesnt show up?)
RL has 3 rockets
Gameplay:
Nanosuit energy is used up very quickly in both speed and strength modes.
Players are notified by HUD messages of friendly/enemy assaults on power positions (factories, etc.)
Also notified via HUD of friendly vehicle production
There were times enemies were shown on the radar (yellow dots) even when in the total opposite direction of the player. It appears as you can tag enemies for friendly units.
In the fourth video, the player tries to shoot down two different palm trees. No go.

I think that they do not include physics to not make it smoother... who needs physics when having good time killing oponents:) BTW: stunning vids...

Looks pretty good but the pop in is really obvious.

I think nutcrackr means the way the game's entities (Tress, cars, etc) suddenly appear or pop out as the draw distance updates when moving around in the environment.
I think :-)
Anyway, I am absolutely awestruck! This game does look incredible. I am impressed overall.

I'd say that it's not new stuff that "pops in". Rather sprites turning into 3d models or models turning into higher quality models.
